If you are not satisfied with your sunglasses, we offer returns and exchange within 14 days upon receiving your product. All items must be in original packaging and free from any scratches or damage. Proof of purchase is required. 

OPTICAL

If you are not satisfied with your optical purchase, we offer exchange only within 14 days upon receiving your product. All items must be in original packaging and free from any scratches or damage. Proof of purchase is required.

Please return your products in the exact conditions as received along with the original packaging and bring it to BOLON Eyewear Flagship Store, 435 Orchard Road #03-11 Wisma Atria, Singapore 238877, Open daily: 11am - 9pm. Our team will help you out.

If you have selected home delivery method, please return your products in the exact conditions as received along with the original packaging and send it back to Bolon office at 201 Kallang Bahru #02-01 Singapore 339338.

If you have selected for pickup at Bolon Boutique, please return your products in the exact conditions as received along with the original packaging and bring it to BOLON Eyewear Flagship Store, 435 Orchard Road #03-11 Wisma Atria, Singapore 238877, Open daily: 11am - 9pm. 

Refund will be credited within 7 working days to your original method of payment during purchase upon verification of returned products. 

No. The price listed is not GST included. Prices are subject to 7% GST and will be applied at checkout.
